A Stunning Global Showcase of Our Nonwoven Product Portfolio at the IDEA Exhibition in Miami

At the 2025 IDEA Nonwoven Materials Exhibition in Miami, the United States, as an exhibitor deeply rooted in the nonwoven fabric field, we made a grand appearance with two core categories of nonwoven products: those for cleaning purposes and those for agricultural packaging. With our diverse and high-quality product portfolio, we attracted global attention and became one of the focal points at the exhibition.
To comprehensively showcase the advantages of our products, our exhibition booth was uniquely designed. We adopted an open layout with a simple and elegant style, displaying the nonwoven fabrics for cleaning and those for agricultural packaging in separate areas. The lights were skillfully projected onto the exhibits, not only highlighting the texture of the products but also creating a professional and technological atmosphere. Interactive screens continuously played videos about the product production processes and application scenarios, enabling visitors to have a more intuitive understanding of the characteristics and advantages of our products.
The nonwoven fabrics for cleaning exhibited this time cover various types, such as wood pulp spunlaced fabric, viscose-polyester spunlaced fabric, and chemically bonded fabric.
- Wood Pulp Spunlaced Fabric: Made mainly from natural wood pulp through an advanced spunlacing process, it has excellent softness and water absorption. With a delicate hand feel, it won't scratch the surfaces being cleaned, making it suitable for wiping precision instruments, high-end furniture, etc. Meanwhile, its natural raw materials endow it with superior environmental protection performance, and its biodegradable feature conforms to the current development trend of green cleaning. At the exhibition, many purchasers from cleaning product manufacturing enterprises showed great interest in it, believing that this product can enhance the quality and competitiveness of their end products.
- Viscose-Polyester Spunlaced Fabric: Integrating the advantages of viscose fibers and polyester fibers, it has both good hygroscopicity and abrasion resistance. It can maintain high strength in both wet and dry states and is not prone to damage or lint during the cleaning process. Whether for daily household cleaning or oil stain cleaning in the industrial field, it can perform excellently. At the exhibition site, in-depth exchanges were carried out with many industrial cleaning product suppliers, who were very optimistic about its application potential in the cleaning of heavy machinery.
- Chemically Bonded Fabric: Through a special chemical bonding process, the fibers are closely combined to form a fabric with a stable structure. It has good tear resistance and dimensional stability and can withstand significant tension and friction. In scenarios such as kitchen cleaning and automotive interior cleaning, it can be used repeatedly, reducing the usage cost. Many automotive product manufacturers expressed their intention to further cooperate in developing customized cleaning products after learning about the product's characteristics.
The nonwoven fabrics for agricultural packaging were another highlight of this exhibition. The polypropylene spunbond nonwoven fabric and the woven landscape fabric shone brightly at the exhibition.
- Polypropylene Spunbond Nonwoven Fabric: Made from polypropylene through the spunbond process, this product is characterized by its light weight, high strength, and corrosion resistance. In the agricultural field, it can be used for covering and decorating in landscape horticulture, such as covering the surfaces of flower beds and nurseries.
