1. Raw Material Preparation
Polyester (PET) Chips or Granules are dried and prepared for melting.
2. Extrusion & Spinning
The polyester granules are melted at high temperatures and extruded through spinnerets to form continuous filaments.
These filaments are rapidly cooled using air to solidify them.
3. Fiber Drawing & Stretching
The solidified filaments are stretched and oriented, improving their strength and durability.
This step also ensures uniformity and consistency in fiber formation.
4. Web Formation (Laying the Fibers)
The continuous filaments are randomly or directionally laid to form a web.
