4. Cutting & Shaping

The fabric is cut into predefined sizes and shapes (square, rectangular, or roll form).

Some towels may have embossed patterns for better texture and performance.

5. Sterilization & Quality Control

Towels undergo UV sterilization or high-temperature treatment to eliminate bacteria.

They are tested for softness, strength, and absorbency to meet hygiene standards.

6. Packaging & Distribution

The towels are individually packed or placed in rolls, boxes, or resealable pouches.

Final products are distributed for household, beauty, medical, and travel use.
